Orders To Mainland UK

Any order that falls under £300 total before VAT is added, will incur a £12 plus VAT standard shipping rate.

Any order exceeding £300 total before VAT will qualify for free shipping.

Any parcel of an order that exceeds 200cm in length will incur a surcharge of £20 plus VAT regardless of invoice value.

If you prefer to arrange your own collection, let us know and your parcel weights/dimensions can be provided.

Orders To Deliver Outside Mainland UK

Once the order has been paid for in full, the parcels will be packed and the weights/dimensions recorded.

A shipping quote will then be provided based on a comparison of couriers. We will provide our cheapest possible quote, specific to the order. If you choose to accept the quote, then an invoice will be raised which is payable before dispatch.

Please note that rates can fluctuate over time, so please respond to the shipping quote promptly.

If you choose not to accept the quote, you will need to arrange your own carriage and collection. Customers that fail to do this will have their account closed.

Collect from our Warehouse

Simply select the pick-up option at checkout and give us a call, we'll arrange a convenient time for collection of your order. Please bare in mind that larger orders will inevitably take longer to pick, so we do require notice.

Funky Chalk Drop-Shipping Policy

At Funky Chalk, we understand that some customers may need to ship items directly to their own customers. However, we do not support businesses whose primary activity is drop-shipping.

Ship Directly to a Customer via Website:

Go to our website and place your order.

Provide the delivery address for your customer.

Add a note in the order requesting that no documents be included in the package.
