Funky Chalk Returns Policy
At Funky Chalk, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. However, should a problem arise, please follow our step-by-step process below.
Items Eligible for Return

Defective products: Please check your products for defects. We will only accept returns for defective products within 30 days of your invoice date.

Unwanted Products: If you change your mind, we accept returns for unwanted products within 30 days of your invoice date, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Any product that shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is damaged due to improper handling will not be eligible for a return. (Unless faulty and reported within the allotted time period).

We do not accept returns from your retail customers, unless we have provided a product warranty. If you are retailing our products, and a customer returns it, it cannot then be returned to us. Any faulty products need to be identified and reported to us, before they are sent to a retail customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return or report a problem, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team with your order number and state which items you wish to return, along with the reasons why. Please also state your preferred outcome i.e. replacement, refund, credit note.

Pack the parcel securely, include copies of all relevant invoices with returned items highlighted, and send it back to us.

Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check the contents within 5 working days.
